Stone Town Grill makes global cuisines approachable and delicious by offering a wide variety of fresh ingredients and made-from-scratch sauces to build-your-own salad, grain, or noodle bowl.

All sauces come from popular cuisines around the world, and are represented by four broad regions: Americas, Mediterranean, Africa-India, and East Asia. So whether you are in the mood for BBQ or Pesto, Tex-Mex or Thai, there is a flavor to meet your craving!

Build Your Own Bowl

All entrée options at Stone Town Grill are build-your-own salad, noodle or grain bowl.  Here’s how it works:

1. Preparing your plate

our server will give you a bowl, plate, and seat number tag and explain the process of crafting your own meal. Not sure which sauce to try? Ask your server to sample a sauce. 

2. Select your base

Start by selecting your base to make a salad, grain, or noodle bowl. To help create optimal flavor in your bowl, we recommend two cups of your chosen base (a little less than half your bowl). 

* if making an entrée salad, place any items you want cooked in sauce on your plate, and all items you want chilled in your bowl. 


3. Select veggies and protein

Add all the veggies and protein you want! Choose from over 20 fresh veggie options and a variety of meat and plant-based proteins (scroll down to see options). To have your perfectly proportioned bowl, we recommend a level bowl after choosing all your food items. 

4. Select your sauce

Pack on the flavor with your choice of 12 house-made sauces from cuisines all over the world!

Choose one sauce –

  • For grain/noodle bowls, add your sauce directly to the bowl. We recommend 2 full ladles of sauce if adding directly to your bowl.
  • For entree salads, place anything you want cooked on your plate and fill one sauce dish with your choice of sauce. Place your plate with your sauce dish on top of your bowl (so cooks know not to cook anything IN the bowl).
5. Drop off your meal at the grill

Once you have built your perfect meal, place your bowl, plate, and seat tag anywhere on the lower counter by the grills. You may then return to your table and your server will bring you your freshly cooked creation!

The menu at Stone Town Grill can accommodate nearly any dietary restrictions, food allergies, and food sensitivities. If you have an allergy or sensitivity, please let your server know, and they will guide you to food selections that meet your needs, as well as communicate with the cooks about your meal. All allergy meals are cooked with thoroughly sanitized spatulas on separate grill surfaces so there is no chance of cross-contamination.
